Processes for Product and Manufacturing Sourcing

For almost every product there is a manufacturer in China making it, and products Made-In-China are the cheapest in the world.

Sourcing those manufacturers from China is not so easy because of culture difference. Sometimes it is hard to find the right factory, and even harder to assure you get what you want and they ship the products at the right time and the right quality.

That's why EGS offers an integrated China Manufacturer Sourcing Service for off-the-shelf or slightly customized products. Here is how it works:

1. You request a standard product.  Any of-the-shelf product, from rubber bands to trucks.  It helps a lot if you can send us samples of the product you are looking for, so we and our China manufacturers know exactly what quality you're expecting. You can also send us digital images, specifications and measurement drawings and by e-mail, the more info you give us, the quicker we will find what you want. Quantity per shipment and per year is the first thing we need to know to negotiate a price for you. For custom designed products or tooling we have dedicated departments to serve you.

2. We find the most suitable Manufacturers in China and send you samples. We have a database of more then 10,000 Chinese manufacturers. Within a few days we will send you information, digital images and samples for your evaluation.

3. We negotiate the lowest price in China. We represent companies in many Western countries so suppliers know we have tremendous buying power. We contact several suppliers and negotiate on your behalf for the lowest price.

4. Your project is managed by our staff in China. Experience shows that "misunderstandings" are minimized if you deal directly with a Western company. Since our employees are Chinese they fully understand the business culture here.

5. We control quality and ensure timely delivery. We make as many trips as necessary to the factory, free of charge, before, during and after production to obtain the quality, delivery time and other special conditions you request. The golden samples given to us by the supplier during the bidding period have to be approved by you and is are then used to assure the production is identical. Nothing can be shipped from the factory without our final quality control stamp.

6. You buy DIRECT from the best China Manufacturer. We do not get involved in buying or selling, we acts as your Instant China Purchasing Office. Our objective is to save you money by buying directly from the most reliable China manufacturers in a hassle and risk-free way.

7. You pay us a service fee. You pay EGS a Service charge. This service charge varies with your annual purchase volume. A minimum service charge of US$ 1,500 applies to orders under under US$ 15,000. In fact, many of our clients tell us that our complete service is "free" as they recover our service charge via our aggressive price negotiations with the suppliers.
